Scope and moving parts
Pages, user roles, integrations, calculations and unusual edge cases all change what must be designed and tested.
Understand what shapes a fixed quote for websites, online stores, automation, dashboards, mobile apps and custom business software in Australia.
Choose the closest build and shape the scope before you send a single detail. No email wall and no obligation. Open CDS Pathways or talk it through first.
The engine creates a scope summary, not a binding quote. Your fixed scope and price are confirmed in writing.
A useful quote reflects what has to work, what can go wrong and what a clean handover requires—not the number of hours someone can make visible.
Pages, user roles, integrations, calculations and unusual edge cases all change what must be designed and tested.
Payments, private records, admin access and business-critical workflows require stronger controls and more careful review.
Clear content, prompt approvals and known business rules reduce rework. Uncertainty is mapped before it becomes an invoice.
Responsive checks, accessibility, technical SEO, documentation and ownership are part of finishing the work properly.
Choose a straightforward hosting path when the build is scoped. You can also arrange your own hosting.
A dependable home for a standard CDS website after launch.
Hosting plus a closer eye on the website after it goes live.
Care time covers small copy or image changes inside the existing layout — up to 1 hour each quarter, and unused time doesn’t carry over. New pages, features and redesign work are quoted separately; ongoing support beyond the allowance moves to a separately quoted support pack.
Every build follows the same commercial rhythm, agreed in writing before work starts. The full version lives on the Terms page.
A 50% deposit books the build, 40% falls due when you approve the agreed preview, and the final 10% lands before production launch — unless your proposal states otherwise.
Feedback arrives consolidated from one nominated person on your side. Reviews stay quick, decisions stay clean and the timeline stays honest.
A defect — something agreed that doesn't work — is fixed free for 30 days after handover. A revision refines presentation within the agreed scope. A change request adds scope, and is priced in writing before it starts.
Brand assets, accurate business details, photos and any required legal wording. Late content moves the date, not the quality — and the agreed deliverables transfer to you at full payment.
